The BID has published new West Ealing Town Centre maps. The maps have been distributed to 15,000 residents throughout W13 to help reconnect local people with West Ealing as a place you can shop, eat and drink.
Featuring hand drawn images of West Ealing, the map also includes information about local culture including OPEN Ealing, BEAT, the .Soundbite Festival and the Phantom Pig pop-up restaurant at the Orchard Café. There is also information about the Leeland Road Farmer’s Market as well as the BID’s own Vintage and Antique Market on The Avenue. Inside the map there are listings of the majority of ‘shop front’ businesses, by category, in the BID area with signposts to the online Business Directory for full listings. Over the coming year the online directory will be improved to provide more information about all BID businesses. The map is intended to encourage local residents back to the high street in West Ealing and to take note of what is available to them without necessarily getting in a car or bus to Ealing Broadway or other shopping areas. Copies are available from West Ealing Library, the Welshore Community Hub, the Orchard Café, West Ealing Station and in many individual businesses. If you would like a copy or several copies to hand out to your customers please email the BID to request. |
