Ealing Works Update

Work is progressing to the 'Ealing Works' hub on St James Avenue. The hub comprises 1,300m2 of workspace for the business and creative communities of West Ealing.
Designed to be an affordable, inclusive working environment, the space will provide practical co-working space at first floor, with a range of desk types, meeting rooms and events spaces. The second floor will provide affordable accommodation for creative practices, with studios, workbenches and associated facilities. The BID, who plan to move into the space in due course, visited the space recently. Tender documents for an operator for the space were issued this week with shortlisting taking place over the next few weeks. Whilst subject to change, it is hoped that Ealing Works will open in October this year. |
